  We bought a brand new tow behind camper which developed a severe water leak. When we called for an appointment they said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. We took it down 3 days before the appointment however they did not look at until 3 days AFTER the appointment. In the meantime we had booked and paid for a site for the weekend after it was "supposed' to be fixed with a group of our friends that we missed out on. When we went in to pick it up, the work order stated that they had to replace the power jack on the front. When we asked why they needed to replace this, they said the camper fell off the fork lift when they moved it in the parking lot. Then we called our salesman, Nate, with our concerns and he stated that he would go to upper management, however we have heard nothing and it has been over 3 weeks. If your looking to buy, it's a great place. But after they get your money, you mean nothing to them. What bothers us most is that we referred 2 of our friends who have bought campers.
